Last updated October 1, 2026
Using Firefly
By using Firefly, you agree to these Terms. Firefly is a personal planning tool for organizing event information. You must use it lawfully and provide accurate account information.
Your content
You retain ownership of the invitations, images, text, and event details you add. You grant Firefly the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content to provide the service to you and the people you choose to share it with. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
AI-assisted extraction
Firefly may use AI to read invitations and suggest event details. Suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect; review details before relying on them.
Accounts and availability
You are responsible for safeguarding your account. Firefly may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Firefly and its creator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from missed events, incorrect extracted information, or use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions can be submitted through coryfugate.com.
