Last updated October 1, 2026
What we collect
We collect account information you provide, such as your email address and profile information; the event details, invitations, images, and other content you add; and limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, provide and secure Firefly, organize your plans, support shared households, and improve reliability. When you choose AI extraction, the invitation or text you submit is processed to produce suggested event details.
Service providers and sharing
Firefly uses Google Firebase services for authentication, database, storage, and related infrastructure, and Google AI services for optional invitation extraction. We share your content with household members and people you explicitly choose to share it with. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Storage and security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Some information may also be cached locally in your browser to make the app work more reliably.
Retention and your choices
We keep information while your account and shared content remain in Firefly, unless a longer period is needed for legal, security, or operational reasons. You can edit or delete events in the app. For account, access, correction, or deletion requests, contact us through coryfugate.com.
Children
Firefly is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes and contact
We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Policy. Questions can be submitted through coryfugate.com.
